A lesson stays locked
Lessons open one after another. Watch every video to the end and pass the quiz of the lesson before; the next one then opens.
Videos are slow
In the app, download a lesson's videos on Wi-Fi and watch them later without internet. Use slow motion and loop to see a sign again.
Paying for a course
Pay with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or card. If money left your phone but the course did not open, email us with the invoice number.
Your certificate
Finish every lesson and the final test. The certificate has a code and a QR code anyone can check on umucyo.org.
Teachers and interpreters
New teacher and interpreter accounts are checked by RNADW before they can teach or take live work.
Delete your account
In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. On the web: delete your account here. Teachers and interpreters: email us, because other people use your courses and sessions.
